Delete your Instant Relief account

How to request deletion

Email support@instantrelief.app from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete your account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your email address and sign-in
• Your public name, points, and level
• Your ratings, comments, and safety tags
• Your confirmations and reports

What stays

Restrooms you added stay on the map so other people can still find them, but they're no longer linked to you. Favorites are stored only on your phone; deleting the app removes them.
